I've been thinking about the importance of and challenges with reopening our businesses in the coming weeks/months. For some businesses, it may not be too difficult, but for others, it will be overwhelming and exhausting. Therefore, I think it's important that our businesses begin thinking about this now. For example, hair salons and barber shops, how are you going to handle the tremendous influx of clients that will desperately need to see you? Retail stores, will you have the inventory (perhaps seasonal items) that you need, that customers will be looking for when they are allowed to shop again? For each business, it will be a little different but the bottom line is we should start thinking about the possible challenges and solutions NOW.
