Description

The Multi-Cultural Committee of the Fine Arts Center, which is comprised of many individuals who have worked to put together a celebration of culture with a special emphasis on Black History at the FAC. The weekend includes a display of student work examining the contributions of great African-Americans, a Gospel Fest and the annual Heritage Tea. The Gospel Fest will celebrate "community unity" through the singing of several local gospel choirs. The choirs will sing various genres of gospel music representing many styles. At the end of the evening, the audience will be encouraged to participate in a group singing with the choirs
