In this seminar, participants will learn what the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is and why compliance with its regulations is important to business success.  You will learn how to structure EEOC-compliant applications and questions, as well as how to ask questions that get to the specific skill sets you want in an employee. This seminar also includes compliant reasons to reject applicants.

Paul Hilton is a Human Resources Consultant who helps organizations with their Human Resources issues and program development. His company looks at all facets of employers’ daily dealings with employees and focus on potential problem areas which need correction.

Paul is certified by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). He has 30 years of experience in Human Resources Management in complex organizations, and over 35 years of experience in supervision, policy administration, and employee relations.
