We encourage the community to attend the upcoming public meetings regarding facility needs and funding. Please share your input with school board members so that we can continue to improve education in Kershaw County. The press release is pasted below, including dates and locations. -Kershaw County School Board to hold public feedback meetings for facility needs, funding The Kershaw County School Board is holding a series of feedback meetings to gather public input and ideas concerning facility needs and funding. Two school board members will lead each meeting, which will include a brief slide presentation of current facilities and a question and answer period. ?We?re holding these meetings at various locations across the county to make it convenient for our constituents to attend,? said Kershaw County School Board Chairperson Ron Blackmon. ?Persons are welcome to attend as many of these as they would like. A summary from each meeting will be presented to the full school board at its Oct. 20 meeting.?
