This State of the County Breakfast will serve as a forum for our Kershaw County Council Chairman, Julian Burns and Kershaw County Administrator, Vic Carpenter to highlight the county's accomplishments and outline a foundation and vision for the future. It will also provide an excellent opportunity for business and community members to ask questions and provide feedback to our County leaders.
