MISSION: To serve all citizens of Kershaw County with intellectual or other lifelong disabilities. VISION: To develop, deliver and coordinate services that will encourage individuals to reach their maximum potential with dignity, respect and the opportunity to reach their self-established goals Providing comprehensive services to families and individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, head injuries, spinal cord injuries and related disabilities through Case Management, Early Intervention, Residential and Day Services for Adults.
